In short
- Paid an invoice through Pexally? Ask the business that sent it first. If they do not answer, or what you paid for was not delivered as described, write to us.
- The plugins are free to install, and so is a license key: there is nothing to refund for either.
- Subscriptions run for the period you paid, and you can stop them at any time. They are not refunded except where the law requires, or where we choose to.
- Our fee on a gateway payment is not returned when that payment is refunded.
If you paid an invoice through Pexally
When you pay an invoice on the Pexally Central Payment Gateway, Pexally takes the payment and your card or PayPal statement names Pexally. The business that sent the invoice supplies the work, and their refund terms apply.
- Ask the business first. They are the quickest way to a refund.
- Then ask us. If they do not answer, or what you paid for was not delivered as described, email [email protected] with the invoice. We may refund you ourselves where the law requires, where the work was not delivered as described, or to settle a problem before it becomes a dispute.
Pexally Invoices and the Central Payment Gateway
- The core plugin and license keys are free, so there is nothing to refund.
- To refund one of your clients for a payment taken through the gateway, write to us with the invoice. The refunded amount comes from your balance, and our fee on that invoice is not returned.
- If a refund or chargeback arrives after you have been paid out, the amount is recovered from your later payouts.
- If you connect your own PayPal account instead, payments go straight to you, and you refund your clients from your own PayPal account.
Pexally Campaigns Pro
- The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- The Pro license is a monthly subscription. You can stop it at any time: it keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and is not renewed after that.
- Payments for the Pro license are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we choose to.
- Campaigns sends through your own email provider, so what that provider charges you is between you and them.
Custom software
Custom software is paid for under a written proposal that sets out the scope, milestones and price. What happens if a project is stopped or changed, including any refund, is set out in that proposal.
Flow
Flow has its own policy for its plans and for payments taken through it: the Flow Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Digital products only
Everything Pexally sells, and everything paid for through the gateway, is digital: software, licenses and services. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping address is ever asked for.
